As of 20 June 2011, shipping costs have been reduced. UK shipping has been reduced to £1.95 (from £3.95) and worldwide shipping options have also been reduced.
UK Shipping
Postage & packaging to ANY destination within the United Kingdom or Channel Islands is charged at a flat rate of £1.95 per order, regardless of order size/value.
UK orders will usually require a signature on delivery.
International Shipping
The cost of postage & packaging to international destinations varies depending on which country you live in and how many sets of neons you wish to order. To find out shipping costs, add the products you wish to purchase to the shopping cart and select your country from the list, shipping costs will then be displayed (login not required).
All international orders are sent by Royal Mail Airmail.
Delivery Time
Once your order has been placed, it will usually be despatched on day of purchase if ordered before 6:00PM (UK time) Monday - Friday (excluding public/bank holidays and any other days that Royal Mail don't operate), otherwise it will be despatched on the next working day.
The majority of UK orders are delivered by Royal Mail the following working day after despatch, however, delivery can sometimes take slightly longer, especially during peak periods.
International orders are usually delivered between 3-7 working days from the day after despatch (depending on country).
Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event that your neon lights arrive damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt so we can arrange a replacement.
